Small cozy and tasty restaurant. Chicken Nanban is the main item on the menu and a must: I’ve never found another place selling this dish as delicious as it is here! Salad, bread and soup is self-service as much as you like, at lunchtime, and the prices are very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and make the place feel like home. If you come once, you’ll be sure to come back.

If you've never tried chicken nanban before, I can't think of a better introduction than Minatomachi Mother. It's a dish I've had many times in many ways, and this is bar far the best I've had. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant specialising in Chicken Nanban and a few other dishes. You get house made mayonnaise or tartare sauce with dish and can also get an extra side dish of tartae of various flavours. The restaurant uses produce grown in the prefecture where possible. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Reasonably priced.
